Ad-hoc Support

Perfect for Digital Nomads & Startups

Ideal for digital nomads, startups and other business clients in need of occasional 'as-and-when' support on a no-commitment ad-hoc basis, without the worry of full-time employee overheads, contracts or other tie-ins.

  • Draws on the collective knowledge and experience of multiple admin professionals
  • No tie-ins, contracts or other commitments
  • Customer submits work request ticket via email
  • Time and cost estimate supplied within 4 working hours
  • Work commences once estimate is approved and paid for by customer
  • Payment: in advance
Rate: £65 per hour
£35 for 'lite admin' tasks ≤ 20 mins

Retained Support

Ongoing Professional Support

A retained 'call-off' service based on an agreed number of prepaid hours that runs from one quarter to the next. Ideal for customers with regular server admin and support needs that require an experienced, professional skillset from one or more expert resources, but without any of the overheads that come with permanent staff.

  • Agreed hours drawn down over a three-month quarter
  • Reduces in 20 minute blocks as work proceeds
  • 12-month minimum term. Rolling quarterly thereafter
  • Quarterly commitment: Min/Max: 9/520 hours
  • Work booked weekly in advance, or on demand if available
  • Amend hours up/down in line with anticipated need before next quarter
  • Payment: quarterly in advance
Rate: £55 per retained hour
Excess hours charged at a £20 per hour premium

Terms & Conditions

  • All work conducted remotely from our UK base
  • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (local UK time) excluding UK national, bank and public holidays
  • Secure, SSH encrypted sessions are used at all times
  • Any work undertaken conditional on advance agreement from both sides on scope, duration and cost
  • Prepayment in advance is required from new customers
  • Regular/established Ad-hoc customers may be invoiced on 30 day terms
  • No carry over or refunds for unused retainer hours
  • Work undertaken outside UK working hours is charged at an additional £20 per hour, or part thereof
  • 8-hour day includes 1 paid hour for breaks
  • All rates exclude VAT E&OE
